Upon your first visit, you will be warmly greeted into our safe, nurturing environment by our office staff. After the registration process is complete, a nurse will take your vital signs, and you will then see your physician. Please be sure to bring a list of all the medications you are taking, along with any medical records you may have associated with your prior care. Please fill out our online forms prior to coming for appointment to expedite your visit. We look forward to managing your healthcare!
